Disable Form
This option is available to you whenever you want to deactivate the form page, for instance, if you are satisfied with the results, or if the time period you set has expired, you can then disable the form.
To disable a form;
Go to "Forms"
Click on forms, at the top right of your board, it shows all the forms you have created.
Click on the Option Menu
Click on the three vertical boards by the right of any of the forms created and select the Enable/Disable option.
💡 Note: once the form is DISABLED it becomes INACTIVE.

Enable Form
This option is available to you whenever you want to activate a disabled form page, for instance, You can then enable the form page to bring it back to life if you want it to be accessible again.
Note: The steps for enabling a form are similar to those in disabling a form, except you select the option "Enable form"
💡 Note: Once you "Enable" your form, it becomes Active.
