Managing Boards
The dropdown button on your board provides information from a dialogue box containing;
Rename Board
With the "Rename" function, you can edit the information on your board, including the board name and description.
Steps involved:
To rename your board, click on the more options menu on your board
Click on" rename"
Rename your board
Click on Update
Duplicate Board
With the "Duplicate board" function, you can duplicate your board and edit some features while duplicating. The tool allows you to duplicate every action you take on your board, such as bots, fields, users, and forms.
Steps involved:
To duplicate your board, click on the more options menu on your board
Click on "duplicate"
Rename your board and choose the actions you will like to duplicate
Click on Duplicate
Mirror Board
Quabbly's unique feature of creating and sharing boards with other users prevents all of your information from being exposed. The "Mirror board" function lets you control how much information you want to share with other parties. Your board can be mirrored so that multiple users can access it. You can make a board read-only so that no new records can be created on the board.
Steps involved:
To Mirror your board, click on the more options menu on your board
Click on "Mirror board"
Name your board and you can choose to make the board read only or not
Click on Create
Move board
With the "Move board" function, you can move a board from a board group to another board group
Steps involved:
To Move your board, click on the more options menu on your board
Click on "Move board"
Choose the board group you will like to move your board to.
Click on Update
Delete Board
The drop-down button on your board or the board settings allow you to delete your boards
Steps involved:
To Delete your board, click on the more options menu on your board
Click on "Delete"
Click on Yes
