There are two types of record bot;

Single Record Bot
For a single Record bot, you'll only need two boards, the source and destination board. A record is created in the destination board only when the set conditions are met on the source board, then the bot allows you to transfer records from the source board to the destination board.
Steps on how to create a single record bot
Create Two Boards
when creating a single record bot, you need to create a source board and a destination Board.
Source Board
This is where the Bot is activated and the set conditions are triggered, you must add fields into this source board after creating it.
💡 The Board selected is known as the source board. Create new fields on this board.
Destination Board
Next Up, create another board, known as a destination board, to which you transfer records from the source board to
💡 Note: Ensure you use similar field types with source Board.
Set single record Bot
Go back to the source board to create a single record bot. Click on the Bot icon to create a Bot, enter your Bot name and description, set conditions, pick bot action state the capabilities, state the parameters, and click on submit Bot.
💡 Note:Add condition if needed
Transfer Record from source to destination Board
After setting your single record Bot, then go to your source Board, enter record based on the condition set then check the destination board to view the records
Multiple Records Bot
To create a multiple record bot, create three boards. One board serves as a source board, the next as a destination board, and the last is the trigger board where you set the multiple record bot.
The trick is to have the same types of fields on the source and destination boards, the trigger board can have similar fields from each board to fulfill the condition

Source Board
On this board, the trigger board selects the record to be transferred to the destination board, you must add fields into this source board after creating it.

The next step is to create a destination board, into which records are transferred from the source board

The multiple record bot is set here. It triggers an action by transferring records from the source board to the destination board. The trigger board can have similar fields from each board to fulfill the condition

Set a multiple record Bot
Set multiple bots on the trigger board to transfer data from the source board to the destination board.
Steps in creating multiple record Bot
Click on the Bot icon
Click on the board you want to set the multiple record bot on and click on Bot
state the parameters, and click on Create Bot.
