Records are collections of fields, possibly of different data types, typically fixed numbers and sequences.

To add records on Quabbly, you must have created fields.

To add records follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the +Record button on your board page

Step 2: Fill in the records for each field you created

Step 3: Click on "Add Record".

In a case where you want to edit an already existing record or you just added a new field type after you have added other records, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the box preceding the record you want to edit. It will pop up a page

Step 2: Click the edit icon beside the field type you will like to add a new record to or the field type that contains an already existing record you will like to edit.

Step 3: Fill in the new record and click on "Save".

To delete a record follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the box preceding the record you want to delete. It will pop up a page

Step 2: Click on the delete icon at the top left of the page. It pops up a notification asking you if you are sure you want to delete the record.

Step 3: Click on Delete

You can filter records on Quabbly by setting different conditions

To filter records on Quabbly;

STEP 1: Click on the Filter button by the top right corner of your board

STEP 2: Set the right conditions to filter records

STEP 3: You can add as many filters you want and also clear already created filters.

STEP 4: Then click on the 'Apply filter' button.

After filtering records on your boards, you can export the filtered records to Excel.

To export these records ,

Click on the export symbol beside the number of the filtered records.

The filter records will be sent to your e-mail in an Excel format.
